Prices
All prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices.
Delivery methods and times
We deliver orders within Finland to a postal parcel locker or as a home delivery. Orders are usually delivered within 1–3 business days. Delivery costs start from €7.90. Orders over €100 are delivered free of charge.
Payment methods
Available payment options include online bank payment, card payment, Klarna, MobilePay, and invoicing for partners.
Right of cancellation
Consumer customers have a 14-day right of cancellation from receipt of the order. The right of cancellation does not apply to opened products.
Returns
Please contact info@dermoterapia.fi before returning a product. The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Professional orders
Orders and terms for clinic sizes (500 ml) are agreed separately with Dermoterapia. These products are not sold in the online store.
